How Our Cleaning Service Works

We’ve designed our process to be straightforward and stress‑free. Here’s what to expect when you schedule with 4 Suns Cleaning.

1. Call for a Personalised Quote & Schedule

Call us at (443) 558‑1286 and tell us about your home and the cleaning service you need. We’ll ask a few quick questions about your bedrooms and bathrooms and provide a personalised quote right away. If you have any special requests or don’t see the service you’re looking for, just ask — our friendly agents are here to help.

We'll confirm an arrival window that fits your schedule and secure your appointment with your card on file; you won’t be charged until after the service is completed.

2. Confirmation Emails & Reminders

After scheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Leading up to your appointment we’ll send automated reminders via email and text so you never forget.

3. On the Day of Your Clean

Our fully vetted cleaning team will arrive on time with all the necessary equipment. We perform a walk‑through with you before starting to make sure we understand your priorities. If you schedule a flat‑rate service, our cleaners follow a standardised checklist to ensure consistency.

At the end of the cleaning, we’ll do a final walk‑through together to confirm everything looks great.

4. After Your Clean

You’ll receive an automated email asking you to rate your service and leave feedback. If you forgot to tip your cleaner during the appointment but would still like to, just let us know and we can add it to your card on file. Remember, your satisfaction is our top priority – if anything was missed, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
